This is U296 AG, also known as Lana, California Bottles’ exclusive Eco-Lightweight Bordeaux (Claret) bottle produced in Ukraine. A favorite among home winemakers, U296 is our most cost-effective, environmentally friendly bottle with a taste of European style. Lana has distinctive shoulders with a matching base flanking the label panel. At 415 grams, U296 is our lightest-weight 750ml Bordeaux bottle, designed in collaboration with our factory in Dnipro, Ukraine. U296 has strong shoulders, a straight label panel, a standard cork finish and a mid-height punt.
